Our real estate financing is available exclusively from banks in the cooperative financial network—the Volksbanken, Raiffeisenbanken, Sparda-Banken, and PSD-Banken—as well as from selected independent financial service providers.

Won't my financing become very inflexible if I choose a long fixed interest rate?
We offer a variety of flexible repayment options and special repayment options. In addition, you have a statutory right of termination after 10 years following full payment of the loan with a notice period of 6 months. You can then terminate, repay, or refinance your loan in whole or in part.
With our loans, you have the option of changing the repayment terms three times if you wish, as agreed in the contract.
With our MHB Münchener Freiheit loan, you can repay all or part of the loan at no cost from the third year after the loan has been paid out in full. Our MHB Reverse loan offers you the option of recovering any special repayments you have made without having to undergo another review, regardless of what you intend to do with this amount.
